Last Friday we launched our Alpha Male programme at Fleet Town Football Club where Cyrille Regis was the guest speaker

Do you remember Cyrille ? 1980’s WBA/Aston Villa icon striker who scored some amazing goals…as we were shown clips of on the night (in the days when the really wore SHORTS and pitches had little grass on them at this time of year !)

He told his story of how, following the death of his very good friend Laurie Cunningham, he became a Christian and how that is now the very centre of all he is.

We had a ‘mixed’ crowd there of about 50 people,some who were Christian’s, others who weren’t, who came to hear and see Cyrille. We have about 15 who have signed up to start an Alpha Course for men next week.
